The competition will be a "sticks in" format with teams chosen each game night.

The aim of this social competition is to provide an opportunity to people who want to join in at a slower pace without fear of injury. It will be a low impact,minimal contact and fun league.

Some games may include goalies depending on numbers on the night, otherwise it will have a maximum of 6 field players.
